The Maggie-Mae Company, Inc. Established in 2000
We travel across the state of Colorado to provide our clients with services to assist
them with the growth and changes of their facilities.  Whether our clients are moving,
renovating, expanding, or building a new facility, we can help them.  Beginning with
the planning and budgeting process- to the design coordination and development - to
the procurement and installation of  the furniture and finishes-  The Maggie-Mae
Company, Inc. has both the qualifications and experience to do it all!  Have a
Design-Build project?  We can help with that as well.  Or perhaps you are not sure
what changes should be made- we can do an Environment of Care Assessment, which
will show the strengths and weaknesses of your facility (function and design).

We can walk you through the steps and show you how the process works to get your
next project from concept to completion.  One of the great advantages of working

the best way to keep costs down.  We act as the client advocate, and are always
negotiating with the manufacturers for better pricing.  

We specialize in providing furniture, finishes, fixtures, and design for Behavioral
and Specialty Health, and for the Non-Profit Sector.
Our products are very specific to our clients needs.  All of our products exceed safety
standards necessary for environments such as Mental Health, Drug Rehab, and Senior
Housing.  Our products while durable, also offer a "non-institutional" aesthetic feel.

We are experts in the industry and pride ourselves on understanding the specific
needs of our end users.  Our Interior Design background, and our educational
background in psychology enable us to develop professional furniture layouts and
coordinate fabrics, finishes, and color to meet our clients specific needs.
