Patricia Hollender, Allied Member ASID
Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Patricia has received an
honorary recognition from the Former First Lady, Barbara Bush, for her
achievements in the design program; she has been commended by the First Lady
of Colorado, Jeanne Ritter for the work she has done in the Behavioral and
Specialty Health sector (through The Maggie-Mae Company, Inc.); Patricia has also
done Interior Design for the Former Governor of Pennsylvania, Robert Casey.
Patricia is a Professor at Arapahoe Community College, in Littleton Colorado where
she teaches interior design classes; she is a Part Time Radio Talk Show Host on
"Decorating with Maggie" on AM760 and AM630 KHOW (in Denver). And in her spare
time, Patricia volunteers for Habitat For Humanity, and HomeAid Colorado (both of
these non-profit organizations work with and help the homeless).
Patricia is a graduate of George Washington University (FIDER Accredited) with a BA
in Interior Design, and a minor in psychology.

Andrew L. Braun, MBA
Andrew is a seasoned executive with a career commitment to improving access to and
quality of healthcare services. He has bottom line experience in starting and
managing a variety of healthcare organizations as well as a successful track record of
identifying business opportunities and optimizing outcomes in the healthcare industry.
Andrew has been chief executive officer or managing partner of numerous healthcare
organizations, including specialty hospitals, medical and mental health group
practices, a managed behavioral health company, a chiropractic and alternative health
provider network, a multi-state provider of behavioral health services in nursing
homes and assisted living facilities, and a child and adolescent mental health and
mental retardation residential treatment center. Andrew co-founded a number of
these ventures.
Andrew has an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Rochester,
Rochester, NY, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the George
Washington University, Washington, DC. He also attended Law School at the George
Washington University and completed a graduate certificate program in Total Quality
Management from the University of Phoenix. He has more than twenty years
experience as a consultant to business and healthcare professionals and has been
active in healthcare delivery, managed care and mental health in Colorado for thirty
years.

Henry Hollender, PE
Henry has been a professional engineer for 34 years. His experience includes project
management and site development for projects in excess of $5.8 million. Henry
assists clients with determining and monitoring schedules and budgets; as well as
coordination of work by a multitude of disciplines, preparing and presenting projects at
public meetings and hearings and obtaining governmental approvals in a number of
municipalities, including Denver.
Henry has designed and managed inner city revitalization projects, renovation
projects, and new build projects, including design build.
Before working with The Maggie-Mae Company, Inc., Henry was Vice President and
held other executive positions for large engineering firms, and was successful in the
expansion of several of those engineering firms.
Henry is a licensed and registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado; and
is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, in Hoboken New Jersey.
